GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Thousands of people packed Rosa Parks Circle in downtown Grand Rapids Saturday afternoon, joining a wave of protests held across the country as part of the national “Hands Off!” movement.

Event organizers say more than 4,000 people registered for the protest. The rally was one of hundreds nationwide aimed at pushing back against the “shrinking and dismantling” of the federal government under President Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk.
