Phoenix Ikner, 20, has been identified as the suspect in Thursday’s deadly shooting at Florida State University in Tallahassee, where two people were killed and five others injured. Leon County Sheriff Walt McNeil confirmed Ikner is the son of a local sheriff’s deputy and allegedly used one of his mother’s former service pistols during the attack.
